We give you security

Apace provides order management, warehousing, distribution, return handling and related handling services regarding your consignment warehouse with us or goods owned by us in stock. The handling of the MPS agreement is governed by the directives agreed between you and us.

During the term of the agreement, Apace must have taken out full property insurance for the products in stock, including theft, fire and water. Apace is responsible for the products during transport.

Inventory is carried out at least once every six months. Apace is financially responsible for any claims regarding the number of losses, incorrect dispatch, errors in the number of articles in order picking and transport, crushing and handling damage. Positive inventory differences are set off against the values for negative inventory differences.

Apace's liability for claim, loss or damage shall be limited to an amount equal to the inventory value. Apace is also responsible for such additional transport and handling costs that are directly related to loss or damage. We are not responsible for lost production or lost profits, loss of use, loss of contracts or for any other subsequent direct or indirect loss.

The customer's commitment is to continuously provide Apace with such warehousing and logistics-related information as is necessary for Apace to be able to fulfil its services.
