There is a need for an independent partner to handle MPS deliveries within the Nordic region. As a neutral partner, we are part of your network as we do not sell our own MPS agreements.

Apace provides warehousing, distribution, return management and related services to manage your MPS agreements. We can be responsible for the products in the warehouse or manage your consignment warehouse.

Apace offers the following 3PL services for order and delivery management of MPS contracts in the Nordic countries:

1. With a complete distribution system, we handle everything from warehouse to customer: inventory optimization, inventory management, orders, return management, monitoring, Track & Trace, POD, process description, quality assurance, electronic file management

2. Handling of deliveries to all Nordic countries: Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Sweden. The cost picture for deliveries to Iceland is relatively high. Thus, the deliveries should be handled with another type of planning, possibly bulk deliveries to the customer or combined shipping that is split in the country into domestic delivery

3. Deliveries to Norway take place with a combined shipping and invoice where the goods after customs declaration are split into domestic deliveries and thus delivered directly to your customer. The costs of customs clearance can be managed either by using our Norwegian branch office or by your Norwegian company

4. Control Tower to monitor the deliveries and proactively respond to deviations

5. Access to real time information (web- based alt. File Management). There is also the opportunity to give your customers their own access to delivery information

6. SLA follow-up to the delivery times provided by the carrier and deviation reporting

7. Statistics Monitoring of product flow using BI tools

8. With increased delivery reliability, adjustment can be made when a printer alerts for toner shortage. This increases the profitability of the MPS contracts as a smaller number of toner cartridges are consumed, a lower number of units need to be stocked and the distribution cost is reduced.

9. We can handle the ordering of items to the warehouse according to set guidelines with you, alternatively you handle all the orders to your consignment stock. Alternatively, we can own and finance the warehouse in accordance with established directives

10. Receipt of stock items with control on delivery quality and quantity. After each received delivery of stock items, information is sent to you with which order and which items were received and if there was any deviation from the delivery note

11. Stock availability in real time or at the end of the day

12. Inventory of stock levels made according to your guidelines

13. Electronic file management of order and delivery flows as well as response files on order management

14. Orders received before 4 p.m. is always shipped the same day

15. Flexible order management in extraordinary situations for e.g. express deliveries

16. The return freight, i.e. customer RMA, billed as an output transaction

17. Apace will not act as an independent distributor or create its own MPS agreements. However, we can if an OEM requires it, manage product sales to authorized dealers
