Apace provides order management, warehousing, distribution, return handling and related services. During the term of the agreement, Apace must have full insurance for items in stock and for the products during transport.

Stock inventory is carried out at least once every six months. Apace is financially responsible for any claims regarding inventory differences, incorrect dispatch, errors in the number of articles in order picking and transport, crushing and handling damage. Positive inventory differences are set off against the values for negative inventory differences.

Apace's liability for claim, loss or damage shall be limited to an amount equal to the inventory value of the item. Apace also responsible for transport and handling costs that are directly related to the above. We are not responsible for lost production or lost profits, loss of use, loss of contracts or for any other subsequent direct or indirect loss.

The customer's commitment is to continuously provide Apace with such warehousing and logistics-related information as is necessary for Apace to be able to fulfil its services.
